ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN REQUESTING A REFUND
The information and documents requested for the refund of the approved application fees for the 2024/1 EGEYÖS exam, which was planned to be held on 06.01.2024 and canceled in accordance with the letter of the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education dated 07.12.2023 and numbered E-75850160-010.04-82056, are attached.
In order for the return process to proceed in a healthy way, the requested information and documents must be sent in a single e-mail attachment for each person and the candidate number, name and surname of the student who will take the exam must be written in the e-mail subject.
Documents Required for Refund Request;
- Petition of the Credit Card or Account holder who made the payment (petition available on the website)
- Photocopy of the identity card or passport of the paying account holder
- Payment receipt (receipt if payment is made by money order, account statement if payment is made by credit card, screenshot of account transactions for credit cards that have not reached the account cut-off date)
